Arsenal 1-0 Everton, August 18
After a 1-0 victory for the ladies they are only one match from becomming league champions! It was a tough match against the rivals Everton, but Kim Little's goal after 54 minutes decided the match and probably the league to. It was a wet night at Meadow Park (the ladies stadium) where they had to win to keep the lead of a tight league. Everton started best, but after the break Arsenal came out with a spirite and energy that Everton could not match.
It now means that three points against the Liverpool ladies they will be crowned champions!!
Arsenal 3-0 Doncaster, August 14
The three goals from Kim Little, Ellen White and Steph Houghton kept the gunners on track to add a League gold to there FA cup win earlier in this season. 434 watched the match where Arsenal struggled but took a clear victory after two late goals.
